Just saw your latest video on planking and screw problem. Suggestion…put a screwdriver onto the screw head and heat screwdriver with propane torch to soften epoxy. Give a few minutes and they should come out without breaking. Got this from Off Center Harbor guys in Maine.

Twisted off wood screw is common in wood boat restoration. The trick is to file a cutting edge on the end of a curl pin. Run drill in reverse. The curl pin will drill around the screw shank, then grip it and turn it out in one single pass.
